We Need Volunteers for this year’s Waco Cultural Arts Fest!

We have a variety of shifts available, most lasting 3 or 4 hours.  We are always short on volunteers, so please consider signing up for multiple shifts. We often move our volunteers around during the day as needs change, so you will probably get a variety of experience!  

  • Ages Accepted: 12-13 years old with a parent present during the shift
  • 14-17 with a SIGNED permission slip (Release and Hold Harmless Form)-BRING IT WITH YOU!
  • 18+ can fill out form on their own

Confirmation of Volunteer Hours Worked

If you need confirmation of hours worked, just email carla.pendergraft@gmail.com. Send your name, the booth you worked in, the day and the hours worked to us. We will send you the confirmation form filled out.
